Our
Programs
Girls For Technology understands that poverty, like wealth, is passed down from generation to generation driven by racial inequity, underinvestment, and structural barriers in our communities. Through our programs, we aim to break this cycle by focusing on professional development and leveraging innovative technology to elevate both the current and next generation.

K-12 Youth Initiative
This program features our immersive, hands-on after-school educational program, a tour of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), and our SparkHart Hackathon.

Workforce Development
Pipeline 4.0
This program is tailored for college students, unemployed or underemployed individuals, and individuals from historically marginalized communities.

Building
For Equity
This program is designed to address longstanding barriers to growth, financing, and technical assistance that have historically limited opportunities for entrepreneurs of color.
